Return Conditions
Unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery are eligible for full refund
Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received
Damaged or wrong items are replaced at no extra cost -- contact us within 48 hours with photos
Opened or used products cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
Gift cards and sale items (unless defective) are non-returnable
How to Return a Product

Provide Order Details
Share your order number and the reason for the return. For damaged items, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Receive Return Authorisation
Our team will review your request and send you a return authorisation along with shipping instructions. Return shipping costs may apply for non-defective items.
Ship the Product Back
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. Keep your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Paystack refunds may take an additional 3-5 days to reflect in your account.
Product Exchanges
We are happy to exchange unopened products for a different product of equal value. For exchanges involving a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and let our team know which product you would like instead.
